First of all, I apologise for the lack of posts lately. I understand I have a few trip reports on hold, and a few interesting things happened in the aviation industry in the meantime as well. This includes new Cathay Pacific WiFi and service changes, and the revealing of Emirates’ new products last Sunday. I don’t think I have anything to add to the latter, other than the fact that I love how the suites look, though I am intrigued to look more into Cathay Pacific’s WiFi and service changes in the meantime.
While Jason will roll out quite a few of the news reports over the coming few weeks, I’ll be focusing on a couple of projects that I need to get done by Christmas, so will only be posting reviews in the meantime. While I don’t love not being able to update the blog often, at least one of these projects is coming with a new report.
Cebu Pacific Airbus A320 Hong Kong Airport
Next week I’ll be heading down to the Philippines for a five-day build trip with Habitat for Humanity. I’m excited about the build trip (not necessarily the building as such – time to hit the gym! – but I’m looking forward to meeting a lot of new people), and also glad to get some time out of Hong Kong. On the review front, I also get to fly a low-cost airline, which I really haven’t done much of in the past.
Cebu Pacific Airbus A330 Economy Class
The flights themselves are two hours per direction, so I’m curious to how agonising a 3-3-3 economy class product on an A330 will be like on the return. While I’ll be traveling with the school (i.e. no unobstructed cabin pictures, limited photo opportunities, etc.), I’m still going to provide a full flight review per direction on Cebu Pacific.
Have you flown Cebu Pacific before?
